ATTORNEYÂ BALLENGER-JACKSON
Attorney Ballenger-Jackson attended North Atlanta High School where she graduated in the top 10% of her class and held the title of Miss Joint Enrollment in her senior year. She went on to attend DeVry University where she obtained her Associate’s Degree in Electronic and Computer Technology and her Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Management. While working in the IT field, She attended Clayton State University an obtained her Paralegal Certificate. She was featured in an issue of ‘The Laker Connection’; Clayton State University’s magazine. She went on to pursue her Juris Doctorate Degree at Georgia State University College of Law in Atlanta, Georgia.

While attending Georgia State University College of Law, Attorney Ballenger-Jackson founded the Family Law Society and served as President for the 2012-2013 term. While on the executive board for the Family Law Society, Brittne was able to assist with forming a partnership between the student group and the Weltner Family Law Inn of Court. She was honored by the Atlanta Chapter of the DeVry and Keller Alumni Association by being the recipient of their Alumni Rising Star award during her second year of law school. Brittne was also very active with the local and national level of the Black Law Students Association. She served as one of the Convention Specialist for the 2012-2013 term and went on to serve as the National Director of Membership for the 2013 – 2014 term. During this term, she was awarded Member of the Year by her local chapter and Executive Board Member of the Year by the national level.

Attorney Ballenger-Jackson is admitted to practice in all of the lower courts of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia, the Supreme Court of the State of Georgia, the Federal Court of the Northern District of Georgia and the Federal Court of the Middle District of Georgia. She has conducted bench trials, jury trials, depositions, and mediations. She was featured in a local newsletter discussing the importance of trademarks.
